Equity is practiced, not stated. I pay attention to who carries responsibility, whose voices are heard, and how systems affect people differently. The work is designed to distribute clarity and structure authority so organizations do not rely on a few individuals while others are left out.

I work in ways that are honest, clear, and accountable. That means building systems organizations can trust, sharing information openly, and supporting decisions that reflect both responsibility and reality. Integrity shows up in how choices are made, how work is documented, and how accountability is shared.

The best solutions come from working alongside people, not delivering to them. I partner closely with leaders and teams to understand how work actually happens and shape solutions together. That approach builds trust, reduces friction, and ensures what gets built can be carried forward long after the partnership ends.

All organizations regardless of size deserve infrastructure that holds over time. I focus on building systems that organizations can maintain, adapt, and rely on through change, without exhausting the people who depend on them. Strong operations are not a luxury. They are what make the mission and lasting impact possible.
I believe that strong infrastructure is a foundation for lasting impact. Every organization deserves the tools and support to sustain its mission and grow its reach. As a queer, white, cisgender man, I recognize the privileges and responsibilities that come with my identity. Throughout my career in the nonprofit sector, I have been committed to advancing equity and inclusion, both personally and professionally. As a white consultant, I approach this work with humility and a deep respect for the leadership and lived experiences of the organizations I serve. I do not position myself as a DEI expert. My focus is on strengthening operational, financial, and leadership systems in ways that align with and support broader equity goals. For me, building strong infrastructure is not separate from advancing equity. It is one way to help ensure that organizations, especially those historically under-resourced, have the support they need to lead lasting change.
