Fractional Operational Leadership I work inside your organization on a part time basis, functioning as your senior operations leader. I am not a consultant parachuting in with recommendations. I am a partner who takes the time to understand your organization, shows up consistently, and works alongside your leadership team. The scope may include overseeing key operational functions, managing staff with operational responsibility, partnering with your executive director on decisions that require senior operational judgment, and simultaneously assessing, strengthening, and building systems as the work unfolds.


Interim Operational Leadership Sometimes the need is simpler: keep things running steadily while the organization navigates a transition or hiring gap. This mode is focused on continuity, not transformation. The trains run on time, the team is supported, and operations hold while you figure out what comes next.
