How I work WITH YOU

In practice, operations are not separate from mission. They are what drives the mission day to day. I work directly with nonprofit leaders and teams to strengthen systems, clarify roles, and reduce the friction that slows work down. Every organization and moment is different, and the partnership responds to that by drawing on nearly three decades of nonprofit operations experience.


Rather than applying a fixed model, the work adapts to your context, capacity, and moment in time. The aim is practical and consistent: operations that function more clearly, responsibility that is shared rather than concentrated, and systems that support both the work and the people doing it.

I do not treat operational issues in isolation. I look at how systems, roles, and workflows interact and where friction and unclear ownership are building. Strengthening those connections reduces strain and helps work run more steadily day to day.
