Fractional operations leadership means I work inside your organization on a part time basis, functioning as your senior operations leader without occupying a full time seat. I am not a consultant parachuting in with recommendations. I am a partner who takes the time to understand your organization, shows up consistently, and works alongside your leadership team to move operations forward.

The scope is shaped around what you actually need. That might mean overseeing key operational functions, managing staff who carry operational responsibility, partnering with your executive director on decisions that require senior operational judgment, or stabilizing systems during a period of growth or transition. The work is defined clearly at the start so expectations are never ambiguous.
