I believe that strong infrastructure is a foundation for lasting impact. Every organization deserves the tools and support to sustain its mission and grow its reach. As a white consultant, I approach this work with humility and a deep respect for the leadership and lived experiences of the organizations I serve. I do not position myself as a DEI expert. My focus is on strengthening operational, financial, and leadership systems in ways that align with and support broader equity goals.

For me, building strong infrastructure is not separate from advancing equity. It is one way to help ensure that organizations, especially those historically under-resourced, have the support they need to lead lasting change.
